How to take a screen shot

If you ever have a problem with your computer the easiest way to show tech support the exact error is to take a screen shot. It's very easy.

1. Have the image on your monitor that you want to take a picture of and press Alt-shift-prtsc
   On some laptops or small keyboards you also need to press the FN key to
2. Open paint or your e-mail program, Press Ctrl-V to paste the picture.
3. You can then save it or email it to who ever needs to see the problem or information.
