here's a dessert that will awe your guest/family to make them think you've been in the kitchen all day, with this no-bake version you can spend more time with the family
microwavable bowl, large and medium bowl, 13x9-inch pan, measuring spoons/cups,electric mixer,mixing spoon
Step1
1-1/2 cups HONEY MAID graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted, 2tablespoons sugar, 1 package (8 squares) BAKER'S semi-sweet baking chocolate, divided, 4 packages ( 8oz. each) PHILADELPHIA cream cheese, softened, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 tub (8oz) COOL WHIP whipped topping, thawed
Step2
LINE 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan, MIX graham crumbs, butter and 2 tbls. sugar. PRESS firmly into bottom of prepared pan. REFRIGERATE while preparing filling.

MICROWAVE 6 (six) chocolate squares in microwable bowl on HIGH 1 (one) minute.; stir until chocolate is completely melted. COOL SLIGHTLY. BEAT cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and the vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. GENTLY stir in whipped topping. POUR half of the batter in medium bowl; stir in melted chocolate. POUR over crust; cover with remaining plain batter.
Step4
MELT remaining 2 (two) chocolate squares as directed on package; drizzle over batter. REFRIGERATE 3 hours or until firm. USING foil handles, REMOVE cheesecake from pan; cut into bars. STORE in tightly covered container in refrigerator. MAKES 16 servings, one bar each

EASY ONE BOWL CHOCOLATE GLAZE (opt) 1-tub (8oz) frozen whip topping, 6 (six) squares bakers semi-sweet baking chocolate---- microwave the topping and chocolate in microwavable bowl on HIGH for 1 (one) minute intervals until melted and mixture is shiny and smooth. MAKES 1-1/2 cups or 12 servings, 2 (two) tbls. each.
Tips & Warnings
if you do not have an electric mixer you can do this using a whisk and wooden/plastic spoon ALSO the glaze can be used as a topping for ice-cream or as a glaze on brownie/cheescake. You can also cut down calories by using the 1/3-less-fat-cream cheese.
if the kids are helping with this, remind them to be careful with the microwave and electric mixer, chocolate maybe HOT coming out of microwave.
