I love chicken, and so does my family. So I always have to make certain that I have plenty of different chicken recipes. This one is delicious and great for summer grilling!

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate

Things You’ll Need:

  • 1 cup lime juice
  • 2/3 cup Italian dressing
  • 2 tsp garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 3-4 lbs boneless, skinless chicken

Step1
Heat the grill.
Step2
Mix all of the ingredients except the chicken in a mixing bowl.
Step3
Place the chicken in a large ziplock bag and pour half of the marinade over the chicken.
Step4
Seal the bag and toss to coat. Marinade for at least 15 minutes and save the remaining marinade for basting.
Step5
Drain the chicken and discard the marinade from the bag. Grill the chicken over medium-low heat for 35-45 minutes or until the juices run clear. Baste occasionally with the reserved marinade.
Step6
Brush the remaining marinade over the chicken just before removing from the grill and serve.
