Step 1
Prepare some quiet time for yourself, around 15 minutes

When you are settled in your own way take a sheet of paper and a pen.

You have to start some where!List any 5 items, things, areas or decisions in your life that you want to improve or succeed at.

Review each by making two lists on your sheet of paper. The first list headed FOR...the second list headed AGAINST.

Give 1 point to each answer. Now when you have listed as many suggestions as you can simply add up the numbers

Natrally you should start with number 1...but the reality is that success has been achieved because you have committed every thing to paper.

This is the secret to success. Committ everything to paper so that you can see it and review it. The result may not be pretty but it is correct and you can see it in black and white. From here you have a starting point to measure your success or failure in any situation
