When buying accessories or troubleshooting your Treo, it is often necessary to know the model number of your Treo.

1. Turn over your Treo
2. Remove the battery
3. The Treo model number will be located in the upper left-hand corner of the unit

• Make sure to save any work you are currently working on before removing the battery. Any saved work will not be deleted but unsaved work will be lost upon removing the battery.
