Our eyes can protect itself from any dusts or small particles in the air, that's why we have eyelashes to catch the dirt but how about the sunlight? Does eyelids and eyelashes enough to protect your eyes? Well, long time ago it's fine but now the Earth is more polluted and dirty to even just look around in your corner. And many gadgets and accessories that you can use to protect your eyes. So why not try those new hot summer sunglasses or maybe wear some eye contact lenses. 1. Consult your eye specialist or ophthalmologist if you need a prescribed sunglasses or eyeglasses or maybe you need eye contact lenses.
2. If the sunlight don't bother you much then why not buy cheap sunglasses from the store or Dollar Store. Or wear hat outside or cover your eyes with anything to protect your eyes. You can use your hands to cover your face if you do not want to expose your eyes to the sunlight.
3. Do not look at directly to the sun rays or Ultra Violet Rays of the sun.
   You can wear face mask if you really concern about the health of your eyes but you might give wrong impression with your fashion.
4. If you can handle without displaying yourself to the sunlight then it is always good to stay inside. The best thing you can do is to eat more foods with rich in protein for good vision.
