Step 1
Plan the flavors you want to try first. Shop for various flavors of power drinks. We use Gatorade and our first picks were Lemon-Lime and Orange-Mango.

Yummy!Select your yogurt. The organic or all natural yogurts are very healthy and good for you. Stonyfield Farm has an Organic Low Fat Vanilla that is a great base to start with. A healthy vanilla is your best choice to begin with and then experiment with other flavors later.

Step 3
Add the two together in a glass and stir. Place the yogurt in first and add the drink slowly. Taste test to get the flavor you like best. You will be able to notice the color change and use the same mix next time.

Step 4
Enhance your smoothie with other ingredients for a change of pace. Add ice, milk, frozen berries and veggies for a twist. Enjoy!
