BULL IN THE PUB is a recipe that I concoted in one of my creative moods when I was all alone.It's beef cooked in beer!
Went well with whisky.
Eat with rice/ roti/ bread whichever is your staple.

Mix the beef cubes and all the ingredients except the beer, in a bowl and marinate for 6 h or over night,

Then light the stove and transfer beef and its marinade in the bowl into a cooking vessel. Pour in the can of beer and cook on medium fire for 20 mins with lid on.

Open the lid, taste, add more salt and pepper if required and cook on slow fire till the gravy thickens to your liking.
Tips & Warnings
You can use a pressure cooker.The meat gets pretty soft.
Honey is a natural tenderizer.
Put less salt in the marinade and later adjust if more salt is required.
You can make up the peppery taste to your liking by using cracked pepper or the shaker while eating
