How to make marbled chocolate cheesecake brownies

This is a great new mix of all the things you love.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 6 oz/170 g unsalted butter
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 cup golden superfine sugar
  • 2 eggs, beat them!
  • big 1 cup of all purpose flour
  • cheesecake mix:
  • big 1 cup of ricotta cheese
  • 3 tbsp golden superfine sugar
  • 1 egg, beat this one too.
  1. Step 1

    Of course, you need to preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Then grease a cake pan with the extra butter.

    Melt the butter in a pan, remove it from the heat, and stir in the unsweetened cocoa and sugar. Beat in the eggs, add the flour, and stir the mixture evenly. Pour into the pan.

  2. Step 2

    For the best part, the cheesecake, beat the ricotta, sugar, and egg.. then drop tsp of it over the chocolate mix. Swirl it in with the chocolate.

  3. Step 3

    Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until it's firm. Make sure it's cool before you cut!
