HEY KID! WANT TO SERVE MOM IN BED?

Know any children looking for something special and kid-friendly to make for their mom for Mother's Day? How about breakfast in bed?

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • skim or reduced-fat milk
  • frozen vanilla yogurt
  • chunky or smooth peanut butter
  • 1 ripe banana
  • vanilla soy protein
  • vanilla extract
  • ice cubes
  1. Step 1

This recipe is ideal for kids because no oven or stovetop is necessary -- all you need is a blender. They don't even have to use a knife; they can break the banana apart with their hands

  2. Step 2

This high-protein drink (you can use Herbalife protein powder)will start Mom's Day off right. It's loaded with that nutritional powerhouse peanut butter.

  3. Step 3

And the protein powder can be easily found in most supermarkets or health food stores or Herbalife Protein Powder on line at www.herbal-nutrition.net/lorettaloiselle. Served on a tray with buttered toast and a flower in a bud vase, it's guaranteed to get a big kiss from Mom.

  4. Step 4

Put the milk, yogurt, peanut butter, banana, protein powder, vanilla, and ice cubes in a blender (in that order) and process until smooth. Serve chilled in a large glass
