How to Make Spicy Chicken Parmesan

This is an easy but very nice dinner that goes well with steamed green beans and roasted rosemary potatoes.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp. each of paprika, salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp. each of dried oregano leaves and parsley flakes
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 TBSP melted butter

Step1
mix cheese, crumbs and seasonings in bowl.
Step2
Dip chicken in butter and coat with cheese mixture.
Step3
Place in a 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking sheet sprayed with non stick cooking spray.
Step4
Bake in 400 degree oven for 20-35 minutes or until cooked through.
Step5
Serve with Rosemary Roasted Potatoes and steamed fresh green beans.
