Things You'll Need:
- 2 - 8 oz. cans Bean Dip
- 3 ripe avocados, mashed
- 1 to 2 c grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 green onion, diced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 can black olives, sliced
- ___________________
- 9x13 inch dish

Step 1
Spread the bean dip on the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan.

Step 2
Mix avocados with lemon juice and salt. Spread over bean dip.

Step 3
Mix taco seasoning with mayonnaise and sour cream together and spread on top of avocado layer. Sprinkle layer of cheese, reserving some for top.

Step 4
Spread a layer of diced tomato and onion. Sprinkle remaining cheese and top with olives.

Step 5
Refrigerate and serve with tortilla chips. Best if refrigerated overnight or for several hours before serving.

on 5/26/2008 I made this for our guests over Memorial Day weekend and it was a huge hit! I left out the olives though because my husband doesn't like them. But I think it would be great with them on too! Thanks for sharing this great recipe, this on is a keeper!
