Step1
First I am sorry if you have losted a close realtive. I had to deal with this It can be hard to accept. First I say to myself everyday how much I miss my dad. So I think you need to accept the fact that you will never get over it completely.
Step2
Talk to your family and friends about your feelings and state how you feel. If that is something that is hard to do then write it down. A poem, or journal will help get the feelings out.
Step3
Join a group or club that can understand your grief. Check your local newspaper for groups.
Step4
Pray and listen for the peace that passing all understanding. This is no joke it will create peace in your life.
Step5
Finally believe that your dad is in a better place and someday you can and will see him again.
