1. Finding cheap stores to buy cool things is essential in finding the perfect items for your gift basket. Today I will show you how to make a neat basket for a teenage girl.
2. The first thing you need to do is have a budget. My budget for this basket is $50. You might even consider finding coupons for shampoos and conditioners.
   Items to buy:
   sunsilk shampoo
   sunsilk conditioner
   straightener
   shaving cream
   razor
   face mask
   cleanser
   toner
   panties
   foot soaker
   cotton balls
   polish remover
   funk nail polish
   pink and purple mascara
   socks
   pajamas
   tweezers
   favorite magazine
   new hairbrush
   neon umbrella
   and a new tote
3. Rue 21 has pretty cheap panties that are really cute. The dollar store has a lot of items from the list. Buy in bulk if you know you will make this basket again.
   Next, you need to find a round container with a neat print. Hobby lobby has a lot of these. If you can not find one just go to your nearest arts and crafts store and buy a paper mache round container and decorate it with japanese newspaper and red ribbon.
4. For finishing touches, wrap all contents in bright colored tissue paper and set neatly inside container.
   
   Wrapping it in plastic is not a requirement. The basket is really nice even without wrapping it.
