Heat the preserves in a high-sided bowl in the microwave until it thins out. Pierce the banana through the center of the cut side with a popsicle stick. Dip the banana into the strawberry preserves until it's completely coated.

Place the granola and nuts on separate plates. After dipping the banana into the preserves, coat it in the nuts or granola, whichever you prefer.
Step3
Make the coating stick to the banana by pressing it in lightly with your hands. Place coated bananas on a small sheet tray lined with wax paper and pop them into the freezer until ready to eat.
