Sundae night is always an exciting night at my house. Here is a simple chocolate sauce that tastes better than store bought sauce.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2-1/2 squares unsweetened chocolate
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • Dash of salt
  1. Step 1

Break chocolate into pieces and put in small saucepan. Add water and cook directly over medium fire for 4 minutes or until melted.

  2. Step 2

Remove from heat. Add sugar and salt. Return to heat and cook for about another 4 minutes.

  3. Step 3

Cool sauce. Use over ice cream.
