How to get a flat tummy fast!

Yes, the *dreaded* bathing suit season is upon us. This summer you too can have those beautiful abs you have always dreamed of by just sparing 4 minutes a day- yes, FOUR minutes a day! AND your core (your tummy) is where your greatest strength and health is. It is easy and these work!!

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 4 minutes a day
  • a good attitutide
  • and that's it!

Step1
Lie flat on your back with your knees bent at a 90 degree angle (like you are going to do a sit up)
Step2
cross your arms over your chest
Step3
pull yourself 3/4 of the way up with your stomach (not your neck) and hold it for 3 seconds. Hold your breath in...
Step4
bring yourself the rest of the way up, and let out your breath
Step5
now, go 1/2 way back down and hold yourself in that position with your abs and hold your breath 5 seconds.
Step6
now, slowly back to the floor and let your breath out.
Step7
Do 15 times. Build your way up to 5 reps of 15.

Tips & Warnings

  • you may want to use a gym mat to protect your back
  • these work really well if done exactly as stated
  • focus on your breathing.
  • your abs will look beautiful in a matter of weeks!!
