How to Increase Your Computers Speed With A Few Easy Steps

By removing temporary internet files, you can drastically increase the speed of your PC. Learn how to do this with a few simple clicks.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

1. At the very top of your screen you will see a toolbar, with buttons such as file, edit, view, etc. Look for the 'Tools' tab and click on it.
2. This will open a drop down menu with several options, at the bottom of this menu, you will see 'internet options', click on it.
3. This will open a window with options for your homepage, temporary files and history. Under the temporay files heading, you will see the following buttons 'delete cookies', 'delete files' and 'settings'.
4. Click on the 'Delete Files' button. This will bring up a small window that reads 'Delete all files in the temporary internet files', Click OK. This will initiate the removal of these files. When this is completed, click ok at the bottom of the window.
