Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • salted fish
  • ampalaya,eggplant
  • okra
  • tomatoe, string beans
  • meat
  • string beans
  • garlic ginger union
  • sweet potato

Step1
chop garlic and ginger
slice meat into thin pieces
cut all the veggies into appropriate size
slice tomatoes
put the salted fish on a bowl and mix enough water
Step2
preheat the pan, put oil and sautee the garlic and ginger until golden brown also sautee the meat and mix the tomato, wait until you can see that the tomatoe is already peeled.. lower the heat. put a cup of cold water let it boil. pour salted fish soup, let it boil again and mix all the veggies.let it boil again..
Step3
wait fro 15 mins before putting flavor on it. when you see that the veggies are almost cook. put flavor on it add some salt(optional). when its cook remove from heat and open the pan just a little bit..

Tips & Warnings

  • let the meat and tomatoe cook together in a medium heat.
  • never ever stir the veggies so it will look presentable just press it very gently so veggies from the top will emerge to the water..
  • never taste the food nit until the eggplant is cook so your mouth wont become itchy.
