How to Make Boozy White Wine Onions!!!

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 6 Small-Medium Onions Cut into narrow slices
  • 1/3 Cup Dry White Wine
  • Dash of Salt
  • 3 Tbs. Corn Syrup
  • 1-2 Whole Cloves
  • 1 Tbs. Flour
  • 1 Tbs. Butter, Melted
  1. Step 1

    Slice onions and place slices in saucepan along with wine, salt, corn syrup and cloves.

  2. Step 2

    Simmer until onions are tender, aprox 20 minutes.

  3. Step 3

    Blend flour and butter together, and stir into onions to thicken.

  4. Step 4

    Once thickened, remove from heat and you should remove the cloves.

  5. Step 5

    Serve over any type of meat! Enjoy!
