Trace the outline of the pan onto a piece of paper. One the circle draw a crescent moon shape on the bottom and the top of the circle leaving the middle to look like a funny X. The moons should be the same size. Set the paper aside.
Step2
Bake cake following cake instructions on mix. Don't forget to prepare the pan according to directions.
Step3
Cool the cake completely! (This is an important step) Use a cooling rake.
Step4
Once the cake is cool take one cake and place it on a cutting board. Take your paper and using a knife cut the shapes into the round cake. You will have three pieces at the end.
Step5
On a cookie sheet place the whole round cake just lower than the center. Take the moon shapes and place it on top of the circle. These make the ears. Take the X shaped piece and place it under the circle. This makes a bow tie.
Step6
Ice the cake using frosting (home made or store bought) and place coconut on the entire bunny (But NOT the bow tie)
Step7
Decorate you bunny by using jelly beans for eyes and licorice for whiskers.
