This Tenderloin recipe is super easy and the family loves it! And for those with diabetics in the house, it tastes great with Splenda! You can find Splenda brown sugar in the baking aisle.
Combine flour, salt, and pepper in a small, shallow bowl.
Step3
Cut the tenderloins into 6 pieces and flatten each cut piece to about 1" in thickness with a meat mallet.
Step4
In a skillet, melt the butter and dip each pork piece into the flour mixture and then brown in the skillet, turning the meat to brown it on both sides.
Step5
Place the pork in an ungreased baking dish and set aside.
Step6
In the same skillet that you browned the pork in, saute the onion and garlic until tender and translucent.
Step7
Add the remaining ingredients to the skillet and bring to a boil.
Step8
Pour the mixture in the skillet over the pork in the baking dish and cover. Bake for 1 hour or until the juices run clear and a meat thermometer reads 160 F. Serve.
