    • 2 prebaked pie crusts or refrigerated pie dough
    • 8 bacon slices, cooked and drained
    • 1 cup grated Swiss cheese
    • 3 eggs
    • 2 1/4 tbsp. chives
    • 3/4 cup whole milk
    • 1/4 tsp. salt
    • 1/8 tsp. pepper
    • Blender
    • Tart pans

        Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare a prebaked pie crust or roll refrigerated pie dough into three 1/4-inch circles and line two 1/2-inch-high tart pans.

        Combine the bacon slices, Swiss cheese, eggs, chives, whole milk, salt and pepper in a blender. Blend until ingredients are well mixed. Fill the pie crust or tart pans 3/4 full.

        Bake in the preheated oven 20 to 25 minutes, until the quiche is lightly browned and firm. Remove from the oven, cool, slice and serve.
