Step1
To begin this technique, you'll need your partner's penis to be semi- or fully erect.
Step2
Start by applying plenty of lubricant to both hands. Warm your hands by rubbing them together.
Step3
Bend your fingers, and touch your thumb to your index finger, as though you are holding a glass. Now, twist your wrist so that the thumb and index finger are at the bottom of the hand, instead of the top.
Step4
Sitting or kneeling in front of your partner, slip his penis through the hole you are making with the hand and move down until you are encircling the base of the penis.
Step5
At this time, hold and squeeze gently to make sure you have a firm grip on him.
Step6
Now, pull the hand up towards the head of the penis.
Step7
When you reach the head, give a slight twist, as though you were opening the lid of a jar. Be sure that you don't do this movement until you reach the head. Also, you want your hand to slide sideways along the head. Don't twist the penis itself.
Step8
Immediately after the twist, cup your palm over the head of the penis, rotating your hand as though you are smoothing the glans down. At this point, your hand should fall right back around the penis, with the thumb and index finger circle at the top this time, instead of at the bottom.
Step9
Using the same hand, stroke downwards until you reach the base of the penis again.
Step10
At this point, you want to place you other hand immediately above the first hand. The thumb and index of the second hand should be at the bottom (so that they connect with the thumb and index finger of the first hand.)
Step11
Now, repeat the upward stroke, twist, and rotation over the glans with that second, upper hand. As you stroke down, remove the lower hand, and bring the upper one down to the base of the penis.
Step12
Place your original hand above the second one (thumb and index finger side down) and repeat the movement.
