Things You'll Need:
- 1 Cauliflower
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper
- shallow pan
- bowl

Step 1
Cut Cauliflower, ideal for pan fryingCut out cauliflower florets and further cut them flat as shown in the image

Step 2
Pour very little water in a bowl and add the florets, cover and steam the cauliflower florets. Alternatively, you can microwave the florets. Whichever way you choose, make sure the cauliflower is not over cooked

Step 3
In a bowl beat eggs and add pepper and salt to taste

Step 4
In a shallow pan add 2-3 table spoons of oil and mildly heat it

Step 5
Dip cauliflower florets in egg and fry them on the pan for a few minutes and turn them over to fry them on the other side.

Step 6
Eat it when it is hot
