    Things You'll Need

    • Cauliflower head
    • Skillet
    • Olive oil
    • Salt
    • Kitchen shears or chopping knife
    • Spices
    • Lemon juice
    • Seasoning
    • Spatula
    • Serving dish

        Pour a small amount of olive oil in a skillet to coat the bottom. Add 1 tsp. of salt and place on a stove top set on medium heat.

        Wash a head of cauliflower and cut off the florets. Discard the trunk.

        Place florets in the hot skillet and leave for one minute. While waiting, add your preferred combination of spices and seasonings.

        Turn frequently with a large spatula for about five minutes and stir in 1 tsp. of lemon juice. When the cauliflower is lightly browned, remove from heat and serve.
