  • extra time
Step1
the night before ,make your lunch, lay out your clothes ,
Step2
get up at least 1.5 hours before you leave for work ,make at least 30 min your time,
Step3
take a short walk outside ,or set at a window and look out while drinking your coffee or juice

Tips & Warnings

  • listen to the morning sounds,or watch the birds at a feeder ,i have several window feeders and it is so relaxing to watch the birds while i enjoy my morning coffee
