Things You’ll Need:

• To have a successful mining business you need to be ready. What you need to have is:
• 1. 60 mining so you can get in the guild to mine coal and/or mith fast if needed
• 2. Rune pickaxe
• 3.100k-200k coins to pay miners

1. Make a Plan
   
   Make sure you pick good employees that can mine what you want fast and not slow. If the people try to barter with you say no even if they won’t buy, they’ll be better people out there. Think about the items you want to sell; don’t try to have a bunch of ores at one time just start out with 2 like coal and gold. Always sell the ore at the Grand Exchange for market price no lower or higher.
2. Types of Employees
   
   There is 1 type of employee you really need:
   1. Miners
   If you want delivery men to sell the ore at the GA then make sure you can trust them
3. Hire Employees
   
   You want to hire employees that have a mining level above 40 so they can mine gold and below. Once your employees levels get up promote them to a different ore. Also if you are planning on having delivery men make sure you can trust them because they will be carrying a lot of coins.

   Iron=100 coins
   Coal=160 coins
   Gold=400 coins
   Mith=200 coins
   Addy=900 coins
   Rune=11000 coins

Tips & Warnings

• Starting a mining business will take time so be patient
• Don't hire to many employees at the start or you money will fold very quickly
• Don't pay miners more then market price
