Step 1
Preparation and Foreplay. Start out by making sure that your foot are clean, soft, and well pedicured. The toe nails are rougher, tougher, and sharper than fingernails, so they need at least as much attention.
-
Step 2
If he's amenable, ask your partner to start the foreplay by massaging your feet. Let him apply the lubricant as well. It may tickle at first, but a good foot massage is one of life's great pleasures, so you'll both benefit from it.
-
Step 3
Have your partner lie down on the floor, face up.
-
Step 4
Position a chair or stool either beside him or between his legs, which ever feels more comfortable.
The important part is that you are sitting above him with his penis within easy reach of your toes. You may need to experiment with the height of the chair to find a comfortable distance. -
Step 5
Use your foot to push his penis so that it is flat against his stomach and pointing toward his head.
-
Step 6
If you can, try to position the shaft between your big toe and the next one over as you push.
-
Step 7
Experiment with different toe and foot movements. For example, try wiggling the toes over the frenulum or glans.
-
Step 8
If you can comfortably do this from your perch, try to bring the other foot into the process.

on 2/25/2010 (Part 3)-- anchor your heels. Most newbies to footjobs complain that their legs get tired after a few minutes. Which is understandable since you are holding both legs in the air and trying to make small delicate movements whith your feet. The key is to have both ankles rest on the man's body (groin or stomach area)and just move your foot and toes. This prevent legs from getting tired.
-- Don;t forget the hands. One of the great thing about hand jobs for many men is the ability of one hand to play with your balls whilst other hand works your shaft. If possible try and reach down and run your nails on his thigh or balls (gently) or rub his balls with your hand when he gets close to climax, he will appreciate the surprise of another sensation.

-- focus on the sweet spot, an inch or so below (towards the balls) the glans on the underside of the ****. Don't bother rubbing your foot on the backside of his shaft (side facing stomach if he is fully erect). So if you are on his right side, use left foot as base to hold **** as you rub with your right foot. Moving both up and down may seem like the way to go but it will just make your legs get tired more quickly and the added benefit is not that great. Unlike a handjob which can pleasure the whole **** with just one hand, a foot can only pleasure one area at time.

After many years of trial and error, a couple of additional tips to enhance pleasure for man and miminimize discomfort for those performing footjob:
-- number one thing is to use the second foot as a foundation or anchor, so when you stroke with the your primary foot the **** stays in place. Best analogy is imagine rolling a piece of dough (****) into a shape, is it easier to do rolling it on a kitchen counter (top part of your foot) or on a pillow (man's stomach)? Clearly the counter. So if you're facing him head on, the left foot is hooked behind the shaft and the right is rubbing the sweet spot. Good idea to point the toes on left foot to keep **** from rolling off your foot.

on 2/8/2010 I think that two feet at the same time would be better. Nice interesting article though.
