Finding the perfect wedding gift can be a difficult process. A wedding album is both meaningful to the couple and useful throughout their lifetime. Making a wedding album, however, can be a long process. You will need to have access to pictures spanning the time of their relationship, as well as the creative eye to make the album unique and exquisite.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Step1
Buy an album that fits the personality of the bride and groom as well as the wedding itself. Try to match themes or colors if possible.
Step2
Select pictures from each stage of the marriage, so the entire story can be portrayed. This includes the proposal, engagement party, wedding shower and the wedding. The honeymoon may be included depending on the time you expect to give the gift to the newlyweds.
Step3
Buy album decorations and your choice of adhesives or corners to hold the pictures in place. They also should hold to the overall theme and color scheme of the album and wedding.
Step4
Place the pictures in the albums along with the decorations. Try to make each page or each stage of the marriage a fresh experience. The most logical order is chronological, from meeting to marriage.
Step5
You may write a dedication or special message in the front to make the gift more personal.
Step6
Wrap the album accordingly and give it to the couple when they return from their honeymoon or as soon as possible. It is best to start work on the album before the wedding, adding the pictures from the ceremony and reception as they become available.

Tips & Warnings

  • You can team up with others to hire a photographer for the wedding so the pictures can be presented directly to you.
