How to Make the Perfect Strength Pure on Runescape
Many Runescape players are creating "Pure Accounts" where they exclusively build up 1 combat skill for the sole purpose of player killing. A Strength Pure builds up his strength level to dominate other players in attack and strength while not building up defense.

Get a scimitar as soon as you can, as it is the best weapon for strength and speed. Start with a steel scimitar from the shop in Al-Kharid, which will cost 400 to 500 gold pieces.

Pick creatures of 1 type and kill them repeatedly to build experience in Attack and Strength. Some good examples are the cows in the pasture or the goblins east of Lumbridge or the men near Edgeville.

Build your Attack level to 5, then switch and build Strength to 5. Repeat this process until both are at level 10. Then start alternating levels at multiples of 10 (such as, build Attack to 20, then Strength to 20 and Attack to 30).

Upgrade your scimitar whenever you can afford a new one. You definitely want a rune or mithril scimitar as soon as you can wield one. Get the money by selling goods you produce with skills like chopping wood or smithing ore.

Switch to another attacking target once you reach level 40, but only if you are a Runescape member. The monks in any monastery or the Al-Kharid warriors work best. Continue to level 60 or 70.

Take your Strength Pure and start killing other players. Make sure you have at least a rune scimitar. Equip yourself with dragonhide armor for your best defense (especially from mages).

Tips & Warnings
Choose a name for the account that won't give away that you are a Strength Pure. Otherwise, you'll be a target for other Pures.
Be sure to equip as much food and strength potions as you can carry to maintain your hit points while building your levels.
Do not build your level past 40 if you are a free player (not a member).
Do not build your defense past level 5 or you won't be considered a Strength Pure. Keep in mind that because of this, a Strength Pure can be as easily killed as he can kill others.
