Form a study group. Find friends that are taking the same classes as you and set up a day or two after school each week where you get together to study. Alternate the house that you use, so everyone gets their turn at hosting. Create fun ways for your study group to the learn the material, such as making up a jeopardy game with questions related to the class you are studying for.

2
Claim some study space in your home. If not a whole room, find a corner or section of a room that you feel comfortable studying in. Get a comfortable chair that fits well at the desk or table you are using. Provide good lighting and ventilation and make sure the temperature in the room is comfortable while you are studying.

Play your favorite type of music quietly in the background while studying. Playing the music loud creates a distraction from studying, but having the music playing quietly might help you to study. Keep some healthy snacks on hand for study time. Much on some fruit, raw vegetables, nuts, or popcorn to keep yourself energized and make studying more fun.
