Step 1
Push your fingers forcefully into the attacker's eyes. Do this repeatedly until you have seriously hurt the attacker. This is more effective if you have long fingernails. Damaging the attacker's field of vision makes him more likely to leave you alone because he knows you'll be putting up a fight.
-
Step 2
Hit the attacker's throat with your elbow or fist as hard as you can. A good throat punch must be extremely accurate to be effective. Aim for the Adam's apple as it should shock the attacker the most.
-
Step 3
Kick the attacker in the shins. A fast and forceful kick stops the attacker briefly so that you can get away and if you do it right, your attacker should find it very hard to give you chase.
-
Step 4
Aim for the groin. Like the throat, you need to be very precise when aiming for the groin. The best way to attack the groin area is with your knee but you can also kick with your foot. Raise it as hard as you possibly can into the attacker's groin area and if you hit the right spot, it should immobilize him long enough for you to get away.
-
Step 5
Strike your attacker multiple times in the vital areas. One hit may not be enough to stop him. Once you know you have him down, run as fast as you can from the situation.
