You've waited all year for summer to arrive and now that it has, you want to enjoy every minute before school starts again in the fall. Fill your summer with fun activities from morning to night with a little advance planning and a lot of creativity.

Step1
Get fit. Summer is the perfect time for getting into shape. Join a bicycling club or start every morning with a jog and some stretching. Take the time to swim a few laps when you're sunning at the pool.
Step2
Plan barbeques and invite lot of friends. To keep the cost down, ask everyone to bring their own meat for the grill while you provide chips and cold sodas. Invite new kids to join in the fun. You may find valuable new friends.
Step3
Take a vacation or camping trip with family or friends. Getting away from home, even if it's only for a few days, gives you a chance to see fun new things and come home refreshed.
Step4
Look for a summer job that's more like play than work. Sign up to lead rafting expeditions, be a wilderness camp counselor or land the dream job of being a video game tester. Start looking before school is out to get a jump-start on the competition.
Step5
Spend some time alone. With all the activities you have planned, you can feel stressed if you don't have a minute to yourself. Set aside one morning a week for relaxation, snuggling up with a good book, or getting a pedicure.
