Things You'll Need:
- Washcloth or towel
- Lip plumper
- Flesh-toned lip liner
- Light colored lipstick
- Blotting paper or tissue
-
Step 1
Rub a damp washcloth or towel vigorously across your lips to exfoliate them and eliminate any dead skin. You can also use an exfoliating cream from the drugstore.
-
Step 2
Cover your lips with a lip plumper available from the beauty shop or drugstore. The lip plumper will give your lips that are full and pouty.
-
Step 3
Outline your lips with a flesh-toned lip liner. This should be similar to your own skin tone, which will help your new lips blend into your own look.
-
Step 4
Fill in your lips with a pale lip color such as pink or nude. Angelina Jolie uses paler colors to emphasize her oversized lips.
-
Step 5
Use blotting paper or a tissue to remove any excess lipstick. This prevents lipstick from spreading across your face and keeps your new lips from looking amateurish.

on 4/1/2009 I found this new site, www.isabellapelle.com, that offers lip plumping balms, and lip growth serums. They are available in different shades, and the pricing is good even in this recession. My personal favorite is that they offer free shipping. Hope this helps for all that do not want to be home chemists. lol ;)
