How to Install ATI Graphics Drivers in Windows Server 2003 x64 Edition
The Windows Server 2003 x64 edition operating system won't immediately try to enhance the sound or graphics cards installed on your system. The 2003 x64 is optimized as a server operating system and it doesn't have to make use of the peak performance levels for "extras," such as sound and graphics in a server environment.
