Oracle has thousands of employees in offices around the world. Getting a job with Oracle requires some advanced training, high-level job skills and experience. As one of the premiere database development companies, Oracle selects its employees from the top available candidates.

  1. Step 1

    Contact Oracle's main human resources centers. The best place to begin is with the employment section of Oracle's corporate website (see Resources below). The website offers an overview of employment opportunities and list of current jobs available.

  2. Step 2

    Attend an Oracle recruitment event on a university campus. Oracle actively recruits on dozens of campuses each year, focusing on universities with prestigious computer science departments.

  3. Step 3

    Apply through one of Oracle's overseas offices. The U.S. offices receive an avalanche of applications every week. Oracle's international offices have thousands of positions available, and the company actively searches for employees with U.S. university credentials and experience.

  4. Step 4

    Accept a low level position. Working in a large facility is the best way to obtain experience and inside information on available jobs. Look for work related to your educational background. Oracle has hundreds of entry-level and support staff positions available each year.
