Instructions

    • 1

Put on your safety equipment. This will protect you if you fall while attempting this BMX trick.

    • 2

Stand up straight on your BMX bike, balancing the BMX on two wheels.

    • 3

Firmly grip the handlebars and bend your knees in preparation for the motion that will follow.

    • 4

Pull the handle bars straight up first and then, with your feet planted firmly on the pedals, jump straight up.

    • 5

Push the handlebars down quickly. This will cause the rear end of the BMX to snap upward.

    • 6

Push down quickly with your feet with the same force, causing the rear of the bike to lower faster.

Tips & Warnings

  • The quicker you pull up and push down, the more Broncos you can do at one time.

  • This stunt can damage your BMX tires if they are low or under pressure.

  • If this is not done properly, you can fall and injure yourself.
