How to Do a Bronco on a BMX
If you want to do more than just ride your BMX, walk on the wild side and buck like a Bronco. This is a trick that may take just a little finesse to pull off, but the result will be that you can perform a freestyle on your BMX.

Put on your safety equipment. This will protect you if you fall while attempting this BMX trick.

Stand up straight on your BMX bike, balancing the BMX on two wheels.

Firmly grip the handlebars and bend your knees in preparation for the motion that will follow.

Pull the handle bars straight up first and then, with your feet planted firmly on the pedals, jump straight up.

Push the handlebars down quickly. This will cause the rear end of the BMX to snap upward.

Push down quickly with your feet with the same force, causing the rear of the bike to lower faster.

Tips & Warnings
The quicker you pull up and push down, the more Broncos you can do at one time.
This stunt can damage your BMX tires if they are low or under pressure.
If this is not done properly, you can fall and injure yourself.
