Consider attending counseling or therapy sessions. This can help you to resolve past problems and find inner peace. The reduced stress can help you to sleep better and reduce fatigue.

Focus on participating in positive activities. This reduces the stress you feel, and changes the way that you look at life. Your attitude will affect how well you feel and sleep.
Step6
Read self-help books to find a solution to your spiritual quest. This can help you to find peace in areas that you have been struggling with. This also makes it easier to get the rest that you need.
