Step 1
Step back with your right foot as you do an inside turn for woman in salsa dancing, step in place with your left foot, then step forward until your right foot is beside your left foot.

Wind up your body so that you're your torso turns to the left but your feet do not move as you do the inside turn for women.

Go forward with your left foot, and turn on your left foot as you bring your right foot around and place it so that you are facing front again.

Step 4
Move forward with your left foot and continue turning as you do an inside turn for women, then finish the turn by stepping back with your right foot, stepping in place with your left foot, and bringing your right foot up beside your left.

Step 5
Continue doing the basic salsa steps for woman by stepping forward with your right foot, stepping in place with your left foot, then bringing your right foot back beside your left foot. From here, you can prepare to do another inside turn.

Step 6
Practice the inside turn for women over and over until you have it smoothly. Once you feel you have mastered it, you can move on to do it with your dance partner.
