Flower arrangements are beautiful with any home décor. But sometimes, one just doesn't have enough room for a large flower arrangement. One doesn't have to be a florist to make a small vase flower arrangement.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Flowers
  • Small vase
  • Water
  1. Step 1

Gather all items needed to make the small vase flower arrangement.

  2. Step 2

Fill the small flower vase nearly to the top with water.

  3. Step 3

Place greenery in the vase to give the flowers a backdrop and to help them stand out more. Ferns, such as tree and leatherleaf, work really well for this.

  4. Step 4

Add the flowers to the greenery. Try using myrtle, as it smells beautiful and is rather tall. Carnations will add a bit of pastel color to the small vase flower arrangement. Be sure to have a focal point in the flower arrangement, such as a bright and colorful lily or other beautiful flower.

  5. Step 5

Give the small vase flower arrangement some dimension by adding a few lilies. Try hyacinths as they have a nice smell to them or give the arrangement some splashes of bright color by adding violets or other very colorful flowers.

  6. Step 6

Place the small vase flower arrangement anywhere in the home, such as the kitchen, living room or even a bedroom, to spruce up the room and to add a bit of color and fragrance.
