• Construction paper
• Scissors
• Markers
• Glitter glue
• Other craft items
• Ribbon
• Hole punch
• Stapler

1. Choose the shape and cut it out of construction paper. You can make your Valentine's Day coupons any shape you want, from a standard rectangle to a heart. To add some detail, use different colored paper and scrapbooking scissors that create decorative edges.

2. Write down your promises. Using markers in various colors or something more flashy like glitter glue, write a favor, a chore or other promise on each coupon. You can offer to wash the dishes, walk the dog, give a back or foot rub or take someone to dinner and a movie; the possibilities are endless.
