For instance did you know that you can disinfect your bathroom and with it by mixing it 50% peroxide 50% water it does a great job killing germs without the harsh smell of bleach and the chance of getting sick from bleach. Add a little to a rag and clean your counter tops and cutting boards it kills salmonella.

Hydrogen peroxide also helps whiten your teeth, kill germs in your mouth, and help heal canker sores. Just put a cap full in your mouth and swish it around. Spit it out and rinse. you will soon notice a difference. You can even clean your windows and mirrors with the stuff.

Hydrogen peroxide also helps whiten your whites without you having to use bleach. Just add a cup of peroxide to you whites. It also works on taking out blood stains, pour the peroxide directly on the spot let it sit rub and rinse with cool water. Peroxide is a safe way to clean your house because it isn't damaging to our earth.
