For example, If you have large open pores, you have to much acid in your system. Lines and wrinkles on your forehead means your diet is too rich. Kate Winslet lost 56 pounds using this program after the birth of her daughter.

Run on the treadmill 5 to 7 times a week. Kate admits to watching TV as she runs on the treadmill daily. She says that running keeps her fit and helps her relax.

Walk or jog outside. Kate says she hates working out so she jogs and takes walks when she can to stay in shape.
