When Reggie Bush catches a football and runs and blocks as well as any running back in his sport. Because of this versatility, he is considered more of a scatback than a running back. Bush is part running back, part wide receiver and all electrifying.

Instructions

Difficulty: Challenging

Step1
Use your small stature to hide from defenders. Like most scatbacks, Bush is small, but he uses this to his advantage. Reggie hides behind large players, making it difficult for the defense to locate him.
Step2
Play multiple positions on the field. Opposing defenses never know exactly where Reggie Bush will be at the start of play because he is so versatile. One play he is a running back, the next he is a wide out and on yet another play he is a slot receiver.
Step3
Play bigger than you are. This football term is confusing but it essentially means that even a small player can run tough and use his body and leaping ability to play like the bigger running backs. Bush refuses to go down easily, possesses great leaping ability and he blocks as well as he runs.
Step4
Develop your ability to catch the ball. One of the primary offensive weapons for a scatback is the skill to catch the football like a wide receiver. Bush is one of the best pass-catching scatbacks in the NFL. In his rookie season, he caught 88 passes, setting an all-time NFL record for rookie running backs.
