Instructions

    • 1

Set four large beverage glasses out on the table.

    • 2

Place two scoops of ice cream into each glass.

    • 3

Fill the remainder of each glass with milk. You can save a few calories by using skim milk. But it should be stressed it will only save a few calories in comparison to the rest of the drink.

    • 4

Squeeze a healthy amount of chocolate syrup into each glass. This is definitely an unscientific measurement. Counting to 3 while you squeeze should suffice.

    • 5

Stir the mixture slightly. You don't want to turn this into a milkshake, but at the same time you want the chocolate syrup to work its way around the glass.

    • 6

Spray whipped cream on the top of each glass.

    • 7

Grate a little bit of chocolate bar on the top of each drink. Voila! You have an iced chocolate drink.
