Difficulty: Challenging
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Grasp your opponent's right sleeve near his elbow with your left hand.

  2. Step 2

Pull your opponent's arm up and forward so that you upset her center of balance.

  3. Step 3

Scoot forward as you pull your opponent over. Extend your left leg as you slide it to the outside of your opponent's right leg, and slide your right leg, bent at the knee, between your opponent's legs. Extend your right leg between your opponent's legs. Keep holding onto your opponent's sleeve, forcing him to arch forward over you.

  4. Step 4

Drive your right arm up, keeping it extended, so that you throw your opponent over and behind you.

  5. Step 5

Practice the windmill throw over and over--slowly at first—until you get all of the pieces of the throw down. Once you feel comfortable with it, you can add more speed, so the throw becomes one fluid motion.
