How to Get Great Grades With No Effort
When it comes to school, it's all about getting good grades. Good grades get you into a good college, which will allow you the best chance at getting a good job. However, actually earning some of those grades is boring (especially in subjects you don't like.) Here are some tips on how to get great grades in school with no effort.

1
Find out who the "easy" teachers are in the school and sign up for their class. Every school has teachers that aren't quite as adamant at pushing their kids to do well. Ask around from kids who've had those teachers in the past. You're looking for teachers who use the standard tests right from the book and don't deviate into their own "fly-by-night" curriculum.

2
See if any of your required classes are pass-fail. Some schools offer a few core requirements (such as health or gym) as pass-fail. See if there are any other classes that offer the same. Getting 6 out of 10 questions right, will allow you to pass.

Participate in class while at school. Another way to get great grades with little to no effort is to be active within your class. Many teachers count class participation as a portion of your grade. By being alert attentive and focused, you can get a few extra points on your grade. You have to sit there anyway, you might as well learn something.

4
Study the bold print in your text books. It is common for book manufacturers to highlight certain pieces of the book. These are not only the most important areas, but will also be the areas covered if the teacher uses the tests, which the book provides.

5
Prepare for tests a few days in advance. This seems to move contrary to the point. However, many students find themselves cramming information for a test the night before. Instead start three nights back and simply spend 15 minutes. Then repeat this exercise each night until the test. Not only will you get a better grade, you'll suddenly realize you don't have to put yourself through the stress of cramming.

Be charming and funny. The students who tend to get the most leeway are the ones who strike the perfect balance of being comical while still getting their work done and allowing the teachers to do their job. Feel out the boundaries and use them to your advantage.

Tips & Warnings
Do your homework. While that does require effort, it also usually enhances your grade and can be a big boost if you happened to bomb a test or two during the semester.
Never cheat on a test. While it is certainly tempting when you don't know the answer, the penalty is not worth the action. Suspension and expulsion may be in your future and those look worse on any transcript than a bad grade here or there.
