1
Tear off equal lengths of tin foil, one for each juggling ball. Square pieces work well, but aren't necessary. As long as all the pieces are the same size, the juggling balls will be, too. Crumple each piece of tin foil into a tight ball. Roll the pieces across a hard surface to make them as round as possible.

2
Fold a piece of notebook paper into the smallest square you can make. Tightly loop a rubber band a number of times around the square. Add another rubber band, wrapping from a slightly different angle. Continue in this fashion with numerous rubber bands until you have a rubber band ball and can no longer see the paper. Repeat the process to make more juggling balls.

Roll a sweat sock into a ball. Secure the elastic end around the rest of the sock. Use more socks to create more impromptu juggling balls.

4
Fill a water balloon with rice until it's stretched taut. Clip off the balloon neck, leaving a small hole exposing the rice. Place a second balloon over the first, covering the hole. Cut off the neck. Pull a third balloon over the first two, covering the second hole. Again, cut off the neck so the hole stretches tightly against the ball. If done correctly, no rice can leak from the newly formed ball. Repeat the process to make as many juggling balls as you need.

5
Cut a slit in a tennis ball. Fill the ball with sand. Cover with 3 balloons in the same manner described in Step 4. This new, heavier "tennis ball" is preferable to a standard tennis ball for juggling.
