Not everyone possesses an amazing amount of strength. You may have a slight build and often find yourself the butt of wimp jokes. If this sounds like you, you can defend yourself and create the illusion of being strong at the same time.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate

Step1
Start a rumor about yourself. Spread a story that you fought and won against a group of karate experts. Once bullies hear about it, they'll likely back off.
Step2
Join the gym. If you start weight training, you'll build up muscle mass. People will start to take notice of your bulkier appearance. Eat a diet high in protein as well to get even bigger.
Step3
Talk tough. Most of the time, people come across tougher due to the way they speak. If you know how to talk up your abilities, you'll create an illusion of strength. However, watch how much you exaggerate in case someone wants to challenge you to a fight.
Step4
Sneak in a sucker punch. Although, you don't want to start the fight, you'll have to know how to defend yourself in case the person throws the first punch. Sneak a punch in the gut, face, neck, groin or another sensitive area on the body.

Tips & Warnings

  • If you're worried about defending yourself, you should take a self-defense class. These classes teach basic martial arts moves to defend yourself in case of attack.
  • You should first try to ignore a bully who attempts to pick on you and start a fight. If they won't leave you alone, you should then defend yourself.
