Paintball can be a fantastic sport to try out with your friends or colleagues. It requires a lot of energy, focus and determination to win. A paintball shoot off can be really exciting and quite the adrenaline rush for many people. It is important to know the strategy for a shoot off and prepare in advance before you head out for a game of shoot off paintball.

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Start by getting into your gear. Put on the paintball uniform, the helmet and goggles. Usually the helmet has goggles within the base and you must make sure you keep the helmet on at all times.

  2. Step 2

Get a team together for a paint ball shoot off. Choose people who are active and ready for a challenge. Book your place at a paintball camp for the game and find a challenging team to fight against.

  3. Step 3

Choose the course you want to play on. Paintball shoot off games are usually played on a course covered with balloon type figures that will protect you from the other teams' paintballs.

  4. Step 4

Start the game by having opponents on either side of the field. As soon as the alarm or shot goes off, both teams will run towards each other, trying to shoot as many opponents as possible.

  5. Step 5

Hide behind the balloon forms when you are being shot at. Try to take a small peek to see if you have a moment to move forward on the field. If you do, run up to the next protective balloon. Shoot as many opponents as possible.

Tips & Warnings
  • Make sure you wear your safety gear at all times. Replace any broken or worn equipment, especially your goggles, to avoid injuries.
  • Be aware that your paint gun is loaded at all times, so be careful when firing.
